1 Ripe Pineapple
2 Cups Skyy vodka
1 Cup Mailbu Coconut Rum
1 Cup Stoli Vanilla
2 ounces simple syrup or babe sugar
Slice pineapple into one inch pieces, store in a gallon container. In separate container, thoroughly blend Skyy Vodka, Malibu Coconut Rum, Stoli Vanilla and simple syrup. Pour over pineapple slices. Let stand at room tempurature for five days to infuse mix with Hawaiian flavor. To serve, fill martini shaker with ice and 4 ounces of Hawaiian mix. Shake aggressively. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with fresh pineapple wedge.
2 ounces gin
1 ounce fresh lime
1 ounce simple syrup
5 Dashes grapefruit bitters
Club soda to top
Lime wedge to garnish
Shake all ingredients (except soda and bitters) for 20 seconds. Strain into glass filled with ice. Top with soda and bitters. Stir lightly. Garnish with lime wedge.
